Bill Engvall as the psycho neighbor..I think he used to be a comedian on the country music scene. That's the last person I every expected to see on film.

    I'm so fucking there.

Why? because both The Collector and The Collection are two of my favorite recent genre flicks. I know they have their haters but I don't care-I FUCKING LOVE THEM.

'The Collector,' 'The Collection,' and now 'The Neighbor'--beware, the everyday, mundane titles! Up next: 'The Shoelace'

LOL........ I caught both The Collection and the Collector in the theaters but haven't watched them since. Well overdue for another viewing. Cool little flicks......but I just remember being in love with the young chick from the Collector. Unreal.

I disliked it. Very bland and generic. A few decent sequences and a solid performance from comedian Bill Engvall but overall nothing special and not as entertaining as The Collector movies.

    Pass.

It was OK, quite restrained compared to the collector movies, but enjoyable for a one watch only viewing.

The finale was fairly entertaining, but the first hour was a chore to get through.

I've had fun with everything Dunstan / Melton have made, but this was their first miss.
