I am wonder only one question and is to say is on the Trauma dvd is say is uncut but is I am find is actual to be edit with scenes missing example is when she go to the market scene not include and also other scenes. I am very anger when is this case when dvd say uncut but is not.
It's the uncut international version. So yes,it's uncut.Only the Italian version has a few extra scenes which were never dubbed in English IIRC.
I wish AB tried a bit harder and went for the full uncut version. But that's an old discussion.
Here's some grabs from the Italian disc:
The UK DVD by Optimum is currently the best available version of this film, though not the longer cut.The new Dutch release, releases a few weeks (months?) ago, uses the same transfer as the Optimum disc.
If you really want those extra scenes you'd have to buy the Italian version.Isn't there a Japanese version somewhere?
The German DVD has the missing scenes as extra. It has the English cut of the film with English or German audio. The missing scenes are in Italian with German subs.
i just bought Phenomena today!
i loved it! after it was over, i watched it again! one of my fave Argento filcks! the love it all! the music, Jennifer, direction, the plot, everything!
i also really like that song "valley" by bill wyman, its awesome!
I was shocked by how good Phenomena was after re-watching it recently during my Horror Marathon this past October. With the music blasted up, and those visuals pounding on the screen, the experince is utterly fantastic.
Doors into Darkness is scheduled to be released on Tuesday!!
I'm all over that.
With the exception of DO YOU LIKE HITCHCOCK? I find Dario's failures more intereting that most horror director's successes.
