Mine arrived today. Beautiful packaging... Hoping the transfer does it justice.

I finally received mine today from Zavvi, safe and sound. Beautiful SteelBook, and the signed art card was a nice touch.

Now to check out the movie again after all these years! ;)

Watched my steel book the other night. Thought it looked and sounded great. Very pleased.

I finally got around to buying this but with shipping it was close to $40.00. Wish there was a larger pressing on this.

I will agree that the steelbook looked and sounded great. Unfortunately for me I just didn't care for the film itself. None of the characters in the film were likeable. Also the ending was a complete disappointment. There were a few scenes I noticed where someone's head was missing off the top of the screen so I don't know if the blu-ray has the proper aspect ratio. I could go on and on but there isn't much point as I'm sure other people think this is a masterpiece. It has relatively high reviews on IMDB as well as Amazon.

Interesting that it doesn't list the Featurettes or Short Films like the UK release though...

I sold my Steelbook recently, found the movie rather dull personally. And the transfer had some over excessive DNR and was quite waxy looking; it honestly looked like it had the definition of a DVD. Since that Canadian release has the Soda Pictures logo on it, it'll be the same transfer.

I like the movie... but agree about the transfer and the excessive DNR. The director handled and approved the restoration though, so I doubt it's going to be any different elsewhere.

Looks like the product description and extras list has been updated at amazon.ca.
