I'll just paste + copy the news from blu-ray.com forum:
I like this film, but it loses much upon repeat viewings for me. It was one of my Halloween picks this year.
Nonetheless, great to see it on Blu-Ray.
Death Becomes Her and The Serpent & The Rainbow are also being released. Universal seems generous in licensing some of their movies in Germany.
Nice! I love The Sentinel. If the price is right, I'll definitely order this baby.
Do you have a link to this on Blu-ray.com billy? I can't seem to locate it on there for some reason...
You putting this on pre-order?
I don't see it up for pre-order yet.
I bet der movie is region locked though huh?
Maybe...who knows. The other NSM Blu-ray I have was region-free though.
Hey if it's region free you buy one please?
I mean can your order two of der blu ray for us kat?
Why can't you order one?
Cause i'm a spoiled brat and your the bread maker in der family.
Cool thank you for posting der link!
Hey what does cover b look like anyone?
Check the Attached Images on post #3 in that thead.
Or if you aren't a member logged in there:
Hell yeah I want cover b that looks awesome for der movie.
It's a close up shot of Beverly D'Angelo fondling herself.
You'll never view the character of Ellen Griswold the same way again.
I remember having mixed feeling about this one. On the one hand, I remember thinking it worked as a horror movie, but also resenting it for taking an offensively judgmental standpoint (and let's face it, a movie that uses real life medical cases for shock value can't really afford to take the moral high ground).
But... I've decided to forgive it its flaws and pre-order the Blu. I look forward to revisiting it.
