The Stepfather Trilogy set?

Does anyone have this set? It's either Austrian or German and seems to be an updated version of one that was released earlier - at least the cover looks different. Is it, as I'm expecting, the same thing? Was/is it a bootleg transferred from the official DVDs (and probably VHS in Stepfather 3's case...?), or is it worth a look?

No idea. I do know that it was limited to 3000 numbered copies and released by Marketing Film.

I have the individual German DVD (from Marketing Film also) of the first film which has a pretty nice 16x9 transfer. The second film has a surprisingly good R1 DVD with admirable bonus features. The 3rd film I still need to obtain on DVD.

I'd really like to have this set. Hopefully they'll make a full set in R1 when the remake comes out.

Did anyone actually enjoy the third film? I could never finish watching it. Thought the first two were great though. Guess I'm partial to Terry O'Quinn in the lead.

On repeat viewings, I actually did enjoy it. I believe that it premiered first on HBO if I remember correctly. The first time I just really couldn't get into Terry O'Quinn being gone from the role. It is the worst sequel however, no question about that.

I liked that the sequel had the underrated Caroline Williams in it.

There is no third sequel, only ZULE!

That movie was just awful. I try to forget it but folks here keep bringing it back up and causing me to have to go back into denial all over again.
