I'm currently watching Theater of Blood and I was wondering what everyone thought of it. I didn't like it much at first, but as I am watching it I'm starting to like it more and more. Price's performance (as usual) is a gem and I love the humorous touches in the movie. I'm also loving the screenshot in the link at the bottom.

So what does everyone think of this movie? :)

I think ToB is funny as hell. I love the part where he
    jumps out the window

I like it a lot, but I think it might help if you're familiar with the Shakespeare plays involved. I mean, you don't HAVE to know them totally, but it really does make good use of them.

Underrated, and a pretty classy film when you think about it.

Yeah, I've come to the conclusion that it is a great film! And the deaths are very inventive as well, I've never seen anything like it. Price is the man!

This one left me cold the first two times through. I'll no doubt watch it again since I own the DVD - but it's low on my list. Surprising really, I love Price.

I think it's a great flick. One of those "I can't believe I'm diggin' this, but I'm diggin' this!" movies. Price at his campy Shakespearian best.

This is one of my favorite Vincent Price roles. I saw this on the Saturday afternoon freak show several times when I was a kid and once again when I bought the DVD. It was one of those films that stuck with me, but I couldn't recall the title....until it came to DVD! Its a movie that takes it time and makes no apologies for it. The payoff if worth the wait.

I love this film - it has tons more wit and general interest than the horror movies made today. Price is priceless in this film - Diana Rigg is great too, you can tell she has wonderful range as an actress.

I just bought this film at Blockbuster for $4 as a blind buy. I haven't watched it yet, but judging by this thread I've done well.

Yeah, it's very enjoyable. Much more of a laugh out loud kind of a movie from Price.

I hope Madhouse comes out on DVD soon, that was a great one too with Peter Cushing.
