    Two questions:

    1. Is that fat kid, the fat kid from Bad Santa?

    2. What is the second trailer that plays after the Trick 'R Treat trailer for? That looks interesting, and the website cut it off.

The 2nd film is the new Neil Jordan film - The Brave One. It has Jodie. It can't be bad.

And that Trick 'r Treat film looks pretty good for something I'd never even heard about. The cast seems interesting at the very least and they've nailed that cool Halloween look (even though it does seem a bit, well, polished).

The director, Mike Dougherty, also appears to be capable. He wrote X-Men 2 and some of Superman Returns, both of which I loved. Any connection with Bryan Singer must be a good thing.

    Hope it will work!

nice, that trailer really got me pumped.. don't you love it when a new kickass movie creeps up on you without prior knowledge, no having to wait 2 years for it to be made!

if you pick up the 300 dvd (doesn't matter whether it's the single or 2 disc version), a trailer for Trick R' Treat is on the disc.

The trailer for this and The Brave One were on the 300 disc, and both look really good to me. I hardly ever watch the trailers before the movies, but these really caught my interest. I wasn't that concerned about either of them (although I do see all Foster movies eventually), but now I will try and catch both in the theater for sure.

I hope this movie isn't affected by the dumping of horror projects going on right now. Even if it turns out not to be very good, it would be great to see an actual Halloween themed movie in October for a change.

Yeah I agree, the thing I'm most excited about is that it really has that Halloween feel, costumes, pumpkins, ect. I can't think of too many movies since the 80s that really have that feel, and aren't too cool to show it. Also, the fact that its an anthology horror film, another thing that hasn't really been done since the 80s, and I am excited! Bryan Singer produced it as well!

Trick 'r Treat looks to have a good cast and some cool scenes. Good trailer.

Rumor has it that this has been delayed until Spring '08. What a load of shit, if true. Can we ever get an actual Halloween themed film in October? Particularly one that looks as good as this does. Talk about killing potential box office.

If that rumor is true, my heart is just going to break. I was really looking forward to seeing it in October damn it. They had a good push going for this movie, especially with that great and hyped trailer on the 300 dvd. Why screw with that?
