Evil Town and Savage Harbor are the only two Slips of that type released thus far. The Hell Comes to Frogtown is what they call a "Splitcover" and the only other one released similar to that is the Slaughterhouse "Splitcover" Their other releases are still the same as their older Slipcover type...
Oh ok. So just those four so far. They should all be like this. No joke, seriously unmatched against any other company. I like these better than steelbooks. It's like a friggn book cover. Solid.

"Every year it gets harder and harder to beat the releases from the previous year. But we're fairly certain that everyone is gonna be pretty thrilled with this year's October lineup (unless you don't like Euro-gore, DTV insanity with Academy Award connections and never-on-disc slashers; but that's your problem). Anyway, since you're all probably aware that we're putting our Anders Palm's UNMASKED PART 25 (aka THE HANDS OF DEATH), we're gonna do one final tease before the big reveal on Friday… We're extraordinarily excited to be doing our very first horror box set, and all four of the films included have been given fresh 4K restorations. They also have some pretty strong pedigrees behind them… Then, if UNMASKED isn't enough Euro-gore for you, well, we've also got a real treat from the guy behind two of the most insane pieces of 70s [sorta] Euro-horror, period. And that's not an exaggeration. It’s also another 4K restoration (if you’re counting, that’s five for the month!). And lastly, who can resist a never-on-disc, regional 80s slasher? It's got gore, it's got nudity, it's got camping. If you can't stand the suspense, be aware that the October pre-orders will go live this coming Friday at roughly 12:01 AM EST. But it's never too early to start frantically hitting refresh on your computer over and over in the hope that it might go up 5 seconds earlier than expected."
I hope this could be 1987's Blood Frenzy, one of my favourite still-on-VHS US regional slashers! It fits the description.
I enjoyed it, it's a UK movie, it's been a while since I saw it last, and I can't remember a lot, I do remember it has the killer narrating his life, showing us how and why he kills, I remember it being something to do with a woman, it definitely had some nice kills, Hope that helps.
One hour until the October reveals! Including the 80s slasher and horror boxset! https://vinegarsyndrome.com/
It doesn't help me a great deal, but it's a start haha. I feel like I remember seeing the cover for this in the video store back in the day. It's definitely familiar but I know I've never seen the actual film.

That's great news with the dtv Amityville sequels. When I first saw the art I rolled my eye's as I thought it was another release of the first 3 films and I really don't like the original or the 3rd. These sequels are much more fun and I may just end up buying this. Not sure about the other films though. I'm not really familiar with most of them. They do seem tempting.
Couldn't tell if the box set of the 4 Amityville movies was limited to 4000 copies or if it was just the box itself (like how their slips are limited but the movies stay in print 95% of the time). This caused me to hesitate for about 5 minutes before I realized that even if single releases came later and I waited till a sale like I usually do for VS releases, the movies would be on sale for $15 apiece and in total would cost the pre-order price of this set. So I bought the set.
Pre-ordered the full $120 package earlier. I'm excited about them all, so there was no hesitation. At least The Amityville Curse was not included in the set. That's one I can certainly live without seeing in HD as it's quite terrible. The cheapo UK DVD suffices in my collection if only for completist sake.
I thought it was a missed opportunity calling it The Cursed Collection and not including Amityville Curse. It is quite terrible but amazingly not the worst movie with Amityville in the title.
