    It's still better than some of the sorta official/unofficial "later" sequels, agreed — of which I own none save Awakening — but I believe Curse is owned by different people than the sequels VS did obtain to license. It is still quite terrible though! :p

    The Amityville "franchise" is weird, because it's really two franchises (the MGM films and these Steve White films) and a whole bunch of one-offs, such as The Amityville Curse.

    Well I considered buying the pack for these latest release but ultimately decided to just get the Amityville set which I was most excited about. I actually think this is my first Vinegar Syndrome release too :eek:

    I was eyeing off Pledge Night. I think I may have seen it before but can't really remember. Anyone here seen that one recently?

    Almost the same theory I applied. So I bought the set too, in fact I went for the October package. Very rare I do that, there's always one or two films in those packages I'm not interested in. Here, I liked all of them. So I figured , ahhhh what the hell.

    As far as the box being limited or not. My 2 cents, the idea that it's 4,000 copies, not exactly sought after films, and only sold at VS. My gut tells me, the box may be it and no single releases. Who really knows.

    I ordered Pledge Night because I watch it often. It's not perfect by any means, but it's a fun college slasher.
