    Do you mean, 'transfer'?

    You'd be hard-pressed to convince me that the difference in the image I posted is the result of shadows or...angles, given that it's the same scene, just the transfer is cut in half, to illustrate their point. I don't think the guy's suit changes color/brightness due to the other people in the scene.

    They do look markedly different as evidenced by the guy's suit.

    Exactly. They just pasted two halves together as a "comparison" between the Lionsgate transfer and their transfer. I don't even see how someone could view them and think differently.

    I can definitely see the uptick in fine details, and the contrast is much improved and not so artificially boosted. I think this is one that'll be far more noticeable in motion also.

    My Mediabook shipped from Amazon DE a few days ago... can't wait to get my hands on this baby! :eek:

    Agreed. I'm very tempted. I love WW/II so much but the idea of double-dipping on a blu w/in the same twelve months is a non-starter for me (plus, I do not like the regular German blu cover artwork).
