There are many films that I wish had had a follow up made but it just never happened.....

I wish My Bloody Valentine II would have happened most of all
I think that Communion (Alice Sweet Alice) could have had a sequel...

    I can't think of anymore.....

    .....maybe you can

The Star Wars sequels made directly after Return of the Jedi. No waiting around for "technology to catch up to your imagination."

A sequel or even a prequel would have been nice for Black Christmas.

A sequel to The Thing would have been great, and still could be. Another X Files film would be great, but I think the last one killed the series. Also the following:
    Madman
    Blood Beach
    The Boogens
    Without Warning
    another Piranha
    another Humanoids From the Deep
    another Count Yorga
    another Dr. Phibes
    Phenomena
    another It's Alive
    another Salem's Lot
Mother's Day (based around the Queenie mythos)
    Abominable
    another Syngenor
    The Beast Within
another Creepshow (Two was good, but the third sucked)
    Tales From The Crypt
    Kingdom of the Spiders
    Day of the Animals
    Grizzly
    Nightbreed
    Razorback
    Doomsday
    Spasms
    The Kindred
    Forbidden Planet
    The Deadly Spawn
    The Brood
    another Fly
a remake of Swamp Thing( Man Thing as well)
    Serenity
    Freddy Vs. Jason

That's a lot, but I'm sure I can think of more. I would rather watch sequels to any of these than Rob Zombie's Halloween 2.

Fuck squeals all they do is diminish films into big diarrhea turds. Sure there is a few good ones out there but they are far & few in between.

Grizzly actually had a sequel. But it was never completed. I believe George Clooney was in it.

Check youtube and I bet you will find a few clips and you will understand why it was never finished.

Yeah, I saw that footage. What a waste. It would have been cool if done right.

Either "Buckaroo Bonzai against the World Crime League" or the rumored Buckaroo Bonzai/Jack Burton project

I think Alien could have benefited from a Cronenberg treatment

A second Videodrome (by Cronenberg) would be nice

I'd love to see another Firefly movie

A second Nightbreed or a larger expansion of the first one would be welcome

A continuation of "From Beyond" could be interesting, especially with today's technology

Madman and My Bloody Valentine are both prime candidates, as they both feature iconic killers which make it out alive.

The House on Sorority Row and Black Christmas both end with the heroine in peril, so both could have had an enjoyable "more of the night HE came home."

I would have loved seeing The Car take on a different setting - a setup implied by the ending.

In Shock Waves, Peter Cushing mentions that the amphibian soldiers were but one type of special troops created by the Nazi scientists. Again, the same concept in a different setting could have been awesome, with soldiers created to function in the freezing Russian winters or the scorching desert heat of the Sahara.
