I think it'll be Maniac Cop 1 + 2 tonight.
Took in "Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome." Not nearly as bad as I'd heard.
the prowler and the mist
Tried "Mother of Tears" again. Still not quite as bad as everyone makes it out to me.... but still not all that great either. Pales in comparison to his 70s-80s films.
I just got done watching Inside, and now I really want to call my preagnate friend and see if shes okay!!!
Still the only movie I've ever fallen asleep in the theater during...
That was some seriously disturbing shat. French horror manages to traumatize me every time lol.
Ran WHERE EAGLES DARE,classic WW-2 actioner with Richard Burton and Clint Eastwood taking on the Nazis.Fantastic location work, great score,a fine cast and the last hour is loaded with action and suspense. From the heyday of wartime adventure pics.
Watching Battlestar Galactica, never watched the new series so now that I have the the Complete series boxed set I'm getting into it.
I have to watch Hitchcock's Rear Window for a class I have tomorrow
Not sure about tonight, but just had a brand new 65" Hi Def TV delivered yesterday and the squeeze and I watched:
Over the Hedge
The Beyond (Her first time seeing this and her reactions were priceless!!)
Not sure about tonight, but yesterday had a brand new 65" Hi-def TV delivered and the squeeze and I watched the odd pairing of...
Over the Hedge
The Beyond...(Her first time watching this and her reactions were priceless.)
im gonna sit down and watch max headroom
Watched the Blu Ray of LIVE AND LET DIE(Moore's first James Bond film) and the DVD of the offbeat Sergio Sollima crime film VIOLENT CITY with Charles Bronson ,Telly Savalas and Jill Ireland.Great ending.
American Psycho blu-ray.
Four Brothers: Not too bad. Cant say it really lived to a lot of the hype I've heard from several people. Worth a rent just for the climactic shoot out towards the end.
Dead Ringers: Yet another amazing film from Cronenberg. Starts slow, but picks up and goes places I didnt expect.
Adventureland: Amazing, a complete surprise. Definatley one of my favorite comedies of the decade. Very relatable to my personal love life. It's not your average "Apotow" related comedy. Starts out as a straight up high brow comedy then slowly evolves into a drama. A must see in my Opinion.
Friday The 13th IV: The Final Chapter and Ginger Snaps:Unleashed so far tonight
Oddly the film is a loose remake of an old John Wayne/Dean Martin western called THE SONS OF KATIE ELDER directed by Henry Hathaway.
The Titans vs. Steelers obviously!!!!
Last night I watched Last House on Hell Street. I've been getting into crappy low budget horror movies lately but this one just sucked. You really have to see this piece of shit to believe it, I don't know how many minutes I had to watch it for before I realized that there was no way it could be good but it wasn't many because I just wanted it to end almost the entire time I was watching it. There was one scene where one of the characters has a metal pot slipped on his head and is hit by a hammer, that was amusing because it seemed cartoonish but that's pretty much the only entertaining part in the movie and it's like 2 seconds long. In case you couldn't tell by the cover, this is one to avoid.
