The Dentist for sure. I love that movie. I've yet to see the sequel yet though, but I've heard it's just as good so I plan on buying it if I ever have the oppurtunity. I haven't seen either of those other two, but I think I've seen The Surgeon which I didn't really like if I remember correctly.

I'm just waiting for everyone to pop in with their Ice Cream Man hoopla. I haven't seen that one yet either, but I do want to.

I love The Dentist. The sequel isn't bad, either. I can't leave out Dr. Giggles!

Ice Cream Man sucks. Clint Howard is always fun, though. I have yet to see The Dentist, but I really want to.

Ice Cream Man has my vote for now, because it is a lot of bad, cheese laden fun. However, I have a feeling that an even better one is slipping my mind right now, so I am reserving the right to change my mind.

Yeah, I love my DVD. I want a Dr. Giggles tin or double disc deluxe edition. That and Slugs.

I agree with you on Ice Cream Man. Bad, bad, bad movie. The Dentist was decent but it was also somewhat of a mess structurally.

I came across the trailer for ICE CREAM MAN on as Apix VHS I was watching last night. Freaking amazing! I'm torn as to whether or not to watch the film. If it sucks as bad as expected it might ruin my future enjoyment of the awesome trailer.

If the title doesn't have to be an indication, I would say American Psycho.

I've always enjoyed Dr. Giggles, though I haven't seen any of the others mentioned thus far.

Phantasm (1979) could possibly considered for the undertaker plot. Although it's definitely not a slasher. And another non slasher would be The Faculty (1996)

The Surgeon (1995) would fit the slasher criteria better.

    But my choices would be:

    Motel Hell (1980)
    House of Wax (1953)
    Cherry Falls (2000)

I can’t believe it hasn’t been mentioned already but Psycho for the win…hand’s down.
