Here's some of my room (my movie room, I have another room with my bed and shit, but I spend 99% of the time in here)

Puddy did you mod your Xbox case?

yes its modded and painted. I put a 120 gig hard drive in it so I could play all the old emulators. Since I have so many games on it, its so hard to choose that sometimes I dont play it.

I have my DVDs stuck in a small coat closet. The shelves are just pre-finished, laminated boards I picked up from Lowe's, and then screwed together. Unfortunately, I ran out of room, so I have a bunch of DVDs lying on the floor and stacked up on top.

MrGrim13 that is a sweet collection of posters you have there. I say that as I have most of them up myself.

And nice work dmeister, what are you planning to do with the others? I am thinking about converting a wall in closet to dvd storage myself.

I'm not quite sure. And I've run out of floor. Fortunately, there aren't too many decent new releases due out for the next few months...

Just got this new locking DVD Storage Unit from RacksandStands.com

This is basically my whole collection, minus about 5-10 DVDs and a few burned ones. The photo is up-to-date, it was taken yesterday. Nevermind the clothes on the floor and bags. We moved back into my house recently, so my room is nowhere near done and I don't even have a doorknob on my closet! :p

I would just resize it in a photo program then upload it to photobucket or something similar.

Anywho, here's a two of mine. Doesn't look significantly different, but I have added quite a few.

Here's two of my collection. Things have significantly changed with it, both in terms of set-up and size. Well Lyle, it seems we have dueling avatars again, a la Collateral. :p

You could probably find one of those at a Lowes or something Ryan. My parents have one in the living room...nice looking case too.

Granted, this was shot about a year ago so those two LD box sets that were taking up 'filler space' are now removed so I can vertically stack a bunch of DVDs I've since gotten and had no other place to store them.

As for the racks - I got them at Office Depot for about $20 each (a little too much). I'd recommend checking out Ikea stores if you have any near you; they've got some awesome ideas and pretty decent prices to boot.

I just built racks onto my wall and store all my DVD's, VHS, CDs, figures, LPs and books on them. one of these days when i get my digicam charged up I'll snap a pic (or three) and post it (them).

I got these at IKEA. They look nice and the glass doors help keep my DVDs dust free. I'm running out of space though and I've already run out of space to put up new racks, so I still have to figure something out.
