Basically I'd say go for the German release.Only a few seconds with Italian audio/German subs.Nothing to worry about.Though non-anamorphic it's the best of the bunch IMO.
    Here's the synopsis from DVDCompare:

The RC2 DVD from X-rated is the best version so far. It includes the whole soundtrack as well as different trailers, Artwork, etc. The picture quality is really good although it is not anamorphic.

The Austrian DVD from NSM (look at post 33) was anounced as a repack of the x-rated DVD. Actually it is not a repack !!! The DVD does not include the Soundtrack although it is written on the back of the DVD. The credits on the back of the DVD are also wrong. They refer to a different movie (Terror House) which was also released by NSM.
    So forget about the NSM!

Crystal I also read that since Noshame put several of Martinos films on dvd, the odds are very good they will be doing Torso too. One can only hope.

I really dig this film. I think it really showcases Martino's talent, which is often overlooked when compared to the likes of Argento and Fulci.

I have bought this so many times now but I can honestly say that I would buy another release as it is a film that I greatly enjoy.

I'd like to see a tin release from the likes of Sazuma with some enticing extras/packaging.

They are both exactly the same. The BU disc is a port and re-release of the OOP Anchor Bay disc.

I'm not gonna lie and say that 3 minutes changed the movie or anything, but being in Hi-Def certainly does! Holy shit was that better than expected, not quite knock my socks off like New York Ripper, but close. Why do I always feel the need for a shower after this flick though?
