Guess I'm one of the older members as I've seen 13 of these titles. Grew up before home video was available in the 70's and watched lots of these on regular television.

some really great films, although i must confess to having missed a lot of these. lots of sci-fi, as well, although i guess that's what you can expect from the production code era.

    The Thing from Another World
    The War of the Worlds
    House of Wax
    The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms
    Invaders from Mars

The two Abbott and Costello flicks are not up to A&C Meet Frankenstein, from what I can recall. And I know I've seen The Strange Door and The Black Castle, but I can remember very, very little about them.

I would love to see Canadian Mounties vs. Atomic Invaders, though! That sounds like some great fun, eh?

I was a little curious as to how a film called The White Reindeer found a spot on the list.

Apparently it's Finnish and almost nobody in the US has seen it.

Bela Lugosi Meets a Brooklyn Gorilla is one of the few films so terrible I had to fast forward through most of it and only watched scenes with Lugosi. I can barely stomach Jerry Lewis as he is, none the less someone imitating him!

Nice to see Invaders from Mars with such a strong showing. I'd like to check out The White Reindeer now too.
