It did in Australia also, maybe even the same disc content? Very nice 16x9 transfer and a Wes Craven audio commentary.

This was released here in the U.K. as part of the Children Of The Corn trilogy in 2004

    I'm going to add:

The Haunted! (1991 TV Movie. Wow I forgot about this and would love to see it released. Factual ghost story that I remember being pretty creepy when I was younger, especially the ghost rape scene)

Mr. Boogedy/ Bride of Boogedy (Disney TV Movies, loved them as a kid)
    Deadly Blessing
    Freddy's Nightmares (TV series)

    Definitely! :)

Which reminds me that I should really take a road trip up north to where it was shot. I think it's only 2 hours away.

    No, Helly...no!!!!!!!! :D

Great lists from everyone involved here. Once the thread has run its course I'll try to combine all the titles and get a sticky list for our reference and for studios to gauge demand.

I don't have any major, pressing wants, but I'd get most of the suggested if they were finally brought over. Especially the slashers. The world needs more slashers.

    Here's another I'll throw in...and it's not horror, but:

    The Wilder Summer

I'd be shocked if anyone remembers that one, since it only has 8 votes on Imdb; but they used to air it quite frequently during the day on HBO in the 1980's. It's a tame family "Summer Camp" film, but was quite enjoyable as a kid. This is one of the rare 'net references where anyone else even remembers seeing it.

A few other 80's family films still not on DVD (or even VHS):

    The Dirt Bike Kid
    The Canterville Ghost (1985)
    Frog (1987)
    Help Wanted: Kids
    "Hey Dude" TV series
Mr. Boogedy / Bride of Boogedy (mentioned above by spawning)
Not Quite Human (and the sequels)
Ollie Hopnoodle's Haven of Bliss (semi-sequel to A Christmas Story)
    The Quest (a.k.a. Frog Dreaming)

I think a DVD would be very interesting if they could gather the actors for a commentary. A few of them did post on the Satan's Blade forum at IMDB, seems like they have a few tales to tell.

Good call! I loved that flick back in the day.

    Thought of 2 more:

    Pledge Night
    Psycho Cop

All of these already exist on DVD. The uncut version of Sleepaway Camp was put out by Legacy in Canada but we're only talking about 1 second of footage extra.

Ooooh, you're right. I knew there was a release but I didn't realize that the release was one of those Substance/Jef/MVD/Televista releases.

will someone PLEASE release a legit R1 edition of Hitchcock's Under Capricorn? Its his only talking picture without a release. I know its supposed to be one of his worst, but if The Paradine Case could get a recent SE, surely this can too.
