I watched this one last tuesday.
I was a bit disappointed.Could be because of all the praise it got I expected alot.
I have to rewatch it soon I guess to form an opinion.
Still it's a great movie, don't get me wrong. And it comes highly recommended.
    And NoShame's disc looks great.

Excellent film. Excellent DVD presentation. I thought I was watching it through a Viewmaster at times -- the print was so crisp, colorful and three-dimensional-looking.

Well,I got through with it this evening.A good film indeed but I personally enjoyed Strange Vice & Scorpions Tail from Martino a bit better then this one.But Edwige Fenech Looks absolutely beautiful in this film.NoShame is really kickin some ass.

You know, Anita Strindberg's performance in this movie was enough to make me love it. Everything else great about this movie was just extra. She made it for me.

Loved this film. Second what Onebyone had to say about Anita Strindberg. She's amazing in this film. A really strong performance. I'm starting to like Sergio Martino a lot. First The Case of the Scorpion's Tail, now this and, well, I think I just might have to buy the rest of his stuff. At least what No Shame have released (cos they are doing a FANTASTIC job!!)

Ugggggggggg I paid $30 for this ugggggh! So like yeah Hugo i didn't like it either! This film was horrible from start to finish. Even the nude scenes couldn't save it from blowing. This movie makes TORSO look like a masterpiece. Damn no wonder he abandoned the sub-genre for good. On a positive note Edwige Fenech has some nice titties. :blabla:

I didn't think it was horrible. Just one of Martino's lesser Gialli. But I can still enjoy a mediocre Giallo!

I agree. It's not the greatest, but I still enjoyed it. However, I definitely prefer The Strange Vice of Mrs. Wardh over YVIALRAOIHTK.

I actually think it's a very strong Gaillo.

Same here. I love the rural setting, and it's one of my favorite giallos in my collection.

Fantastic Giallo! Brilliant mix of Poe and Gialloism...
