I have to admit that I really love most all of the birth scenes mentioned in the poll and the replies, but I had to go with THE FLY's dream scene. Who couldn't love a woman giving birth to a giant fucking maggot? Its freaky as hell, and quite grotesque, but ultimately spectacular!
