Anyone see this Film? In the specs it say's 35mm Does not look like it . What did you Think?

Where does it say it was 35mm? No way...I produced it and trust me, it was shot on DVCAM for waaaaaay too much money.

As a viewer, my vote is for "It sucks." :D

Hey JR!

I knew it was not 35 mm and I think from past e-mail's you
know I hate DV. check on IMDB under Groom Lake then check under technical specs on the left hand side of the page it
list's it as film negative 35 mm. I heard that this was pretty
expensive movie and when I seen that it was DV I watched
25 minutes of it and shut it off.

Sounds like things between Tempe and Fullmoon are not
at there best. :cry: :eek1:

I don't even blame Full Moon for what a mess GROOM LAKE is...that falls squarely on the shoulders of "Mr. Shatner". I don't know too many people who have watched it all the way through, myself included.

As for the 35mm listing on the IMdB...I've never found them to be a reliable source of information anyway...

I thougt that I would check it out to see if it was Film before I rented it and it said it was so I took a chance. I knew right off it was DV there are only 2 films that I like on DV "I just don't like
the look"

1 One Hell Of A Christmas
2 Jigsaw

While I certainly agree with your sentiments on film, the 24p revolution is here and film will be history. It's just the sad fact that we'll all have to face...
