You know what,I dont know if I ever saw this movie before.I think I may have seen one of the sequels when I was younger. But anyways,if anyone has NOT seen this, you have to go buy it today (or tommorrow) and check it out.I bought this dvd a few weeks ago and just watched it today.Stuff like this brings a smile to my face.If only they would make movies like this today....
Anyone ever see the sequels? any good?

Again for the first time. Interesting...:D.

I like BASKET CASE a lot. Not as much as BRAIN DAMAGE, but it's still a great little flick. Great disc from SOMETHING WEIRD too. That Beverly Bonner promo is one of the most frightening things I'v ever seen!

Basket Case 2 was a decent sequel. I wouldn't mind getting it on DVD. It had some cool looking freaks and Belial getting his groove on was a hoot!:D

Basket Case is one of my faves. When Belial goes on a rampage in the hotel room after being left alone, that just cracks me up! I think it was the sound effects. And the neighbors made it even better

I saw this recently, bought it the same day I bought Texas Chainsaw Massacre. This one is cheapo to the extreme, with some naff stop-motion work. But - it does belong in everyones collections as being a special moment in the genre.

I saw the third film, and really wished they had left well alone.

Basket Case was a really good film. Something Weird did a good job on the dvd treatment. I'm having trouble finding the sequel on dvd though.

and on top of that has one of the best "behind the scenes" spots I've ever seen when they return to the places that the film was shot...very funny, informative stuff!
