What Are These Movies?

These are movies I haven't seen for many years, so don't bitch about not having enough info. :D

The first one is about a boatload of people who have to go to this island because their boat breaks down. They find some kind of dog skull full of maggots in the woods. There is some kind of maniac who kills everyone, but this one chick pretends to be his mom and she ends up catching him on fire, or something like that. That's all I really remeber about that one.

The other I barely remember anything. I just know a group of people go into some room and someone looks up towards the ceiling and a sword comes down and I *think* goes down their throat, or goes into their skull or something.

I believe the first one could be 'Humongous'

The first one is Humongous I think. Love that flick even though you can't hardly make out anything because half of the movie takes place in complete darkness.

Very true. I hated Humongous, but it did have a creepy VHS cover.
