While it's not a horror film, I recommend anyone interested in Thai movies should check out SURIYOTHAI. The Thai DVD is PAL Format and even though the case says Region 3, it's actually Region Free. It's a 2-DVD set with a DTS track. The English subtitles are optional.

Sony Pictures Classics will release a shortened version in US theaters this summer. The theatrical trailer of THE LEGEND OF SURIYOTHAI (the film's US title) is now up at:

It looks like it's becoming hard to find. I bought it from an eBay seller that specializes in Thai DVDs, and no longer has it listed. It's also out of stock at eThaiCD.com.
I've seen some people recommend ThaiNetCity (http://64.26.19.98/) and their prices are pretty good. It's also in stock at HKFlix.com (http://www.hkflix.com), but a bit more expensive. And it's available at DVDAsian.com (http://www.dvdasian.com).
If you're looking for other Thai DVDs, I highly recommend "Fah Talai Jone" (aka Tears Of The Black Tiger). The Thai DVD is uncut while the UK release is not. Here's a review:

You also might want to check out the Thai horror films 999-9999 and Body Jumper.

Ok. Got this in yesterday. It's alright. The battles are big and there is alot of screaming and stuff. My only beef is the battles aren't the best staged scenes. (the last one anyway, everyone just looks tired... you can argue the fact that everyone must be tired after that much fighting, but their swings and stabs look weak. Like they are not trying to hurt the other person) :) The slow motion stuff really bugged me too. Its an OK movie. Not something I'd wanna watch again soon though.
