I sure hope no one of you Argentophiles out there have missed the Trailer, Spots, Behind the scenes and interviews available at www.nonhosonno.it (http://www.nonhosonno.it) !?!?! I'm so worked up about this movie that I don't know how much longer I can survive without having seen it! http://www.horrordvds.com/forum/smile.gif
I don't understand Italian so I really can't comprehend what the hell they are saying in the videos but I sure as hell can tell that the visual part of the movie looks promesing, the same goes for the music made by Goblin!
I sort of feel bad about the music though since it wasn't Dario's intention to use the Goblin-tracks... But after seeing these spots and the trailer I am really confident that that little misshap won't keep this movie from beeing Dario's greatest movie in a loooong long time! And after all - Goblin have made some of the coolest soundtracks out there so it can't be all that bad can it?
Judging from the rather short trailer I get the feeling that Dario is giving us a little bit more of that technical/experimental camera wizardry that have been a bit absent in his recent releases. Lots of lovely fluent steady cam-shots and so on + some neat 'unusual' camera-angles, all wrapped up in greate Argento-style with a touch of those classic moody colour-shemes http://www.horrordvds.com/forum/smile.gif
Oh well, thats the feeling I get anyway. Take a look your selves and make up your own mind. One thing is sure though, and that is that Dario Argento is one of the best horror/suspens directors of all time, and Max Von Sydow is one hell of a greate actor - and the two of them working on the same movie CAN'T be all that bad now can it!?! ;D
Cheers!
