not just one but many that include something called or similar to production notes. And its like a paragraph and thats all they put on the disc. What was the point?

The worst extra has to be the "Big Trouble in Little China" music video performed by John Carpenter and company. It was so bad that it was good.

Yeah that Beverly Bonner one's pretty rough. The "Tiny Fucked a Stump" one on House of 1,000 Corpses is pretty stupid, but at least it has an interesting title. I guess my worst is on alot of DVDs, that "Recommendations" one on alot of older discs where it just shows a picture of the cover of movies similar to the one you're watching. What the hell is that? Throw a trailer on there if you're gonna do that.

Man, I'll vote for the Beverly Bonner one as well, jeez!

I completely agree with the Beverly Bonner thing. I remember when I first posted my thoughts on the DVD I mentioned that it was by far the most frightening thing on the disc.

Pitch Black. The "Rave done to simulate the effects in Pitch Black", was basically just footage of any other rave. whoo hoo.

 I don't think I could think of anything worse than that.
A distant second would be the Necrophagia music video in The Beyond. And Deus is right about that Daemonia video.
Oh! And the Snakes n Ladders game in Alice Cooper's Prime Cuts - what a royal pain in the ass!!!!
on Hell Asylum, a pretty decent indie flick, is a pitiful shot on video number called "Mulva: Zombie Ass Kicker"

I hate New Line for hiding those boring ass DVD Credits as easter eggs.

I watched The Prophecy over the weekend, and although we all know they aren't really extras, they are listed as such on the case!

What the hell is that?
Ultra Stereo was an less-expensive 2.0 surround sound format (like Dolby Streo/Dolby Surround) that many low-budget films have used.

One more vote for the Necrophagia video in the Beyond disc, it really sucks.

"Interactive Menus" comes to mind :)
Brentwood does that all the time. The features listed for most every movie are Feature Presentation, Interactive Menus, and Scene Selection. The easter egg in HO1KC was dissapointing... WOW a picture! NEVER SEEN A PICTURE BEFORE!

this is sort of in the same ballpark.....
when a movie is released w/ a bunch of trailers, and not
the trailer of the film being released......
exp..... troma's mother's day

I didn't enjoy the lengthy ad for the mine used to film Day of the Dead.
Deus Ex Machina

Another bad one:
The DVD credits on the 2nd disc of the Tron 20th Anniversary edition. the credits are hidden....at least New Line's credits are always under the New Line logo.

The "movie memorabilia" extra on THE FOG Special Edition. Just a few things in this option and utterly pointless. Barely worth adding to the disc.

I actually found that one kind of compelling.

dvd credits shouldn't be counted because they aren't listed as an extra, they're just credits for the work the people did on that particular job just like any other medium.

additional: Most features on a Troma DVD.
The Troma DVD features are actually sometimes really funny. Like on the Stendhal Syndrome DVD, the "how to smash a head with a hammer"-thing with the melon. THAT'S humor! ;)

artisan's CutThroat Island lists the running length as being a 'special feature', and still gets it wrong!
Dragon's Phenonema has a scan of a postcard signed by Argento that's about as lame as extras can get.
But for 'genuine' extras...Yup, the Beverly Bonner thing is truly awful.
Of the music videos mentioned here, I'll give you the Necrophagia one. The Daemonia one was pretty decent, I thought.

The worst production notes I ever were the ones on both CURSE OF FRANKENSTEIN and HORROR OF DRACULA. They were filled with so many errors that it isn't even funny.

I felt that the documentary on ROSEMARY'S BABY was way too long (Is this why they left off the trailer?).
I preferred the retrospective on the disc instead.

The production notes on the R2 version of Hammer House of Horror are basically unreadable because of the font used, and the size of said font. Even on my projector, which beams up an image 9 feet across, I can barely read it.
