does anyone know if the day the earth stood still special edition ld is worth anything? i think the dvd has all the same features.

On eBay, there is occasionally an Autographed set for bids. I got out bid last week on one. Keep an eye out. I have the DVD and I want this on LD...for posterity, you know?

well i found the ld, but i didn't buy it. i think it was like 14 or 16 dollars.

I'm sure the picture is great (the special edition one, not the early 90's/late 80's release) as it was put thru a restoration for that release.
