DavisDVD is saying that Columbia, MGM and Warner are working on a few horror DVD's to be released this year including Body Double SE, Bram Stoker's Dracula SE, Christine SE, Misery SE and The Lost Boys SE. I really like all of these films so this is great news. All of these discs left something to be desired so hopefully the studio's will deliver this time.

"Christine" and maybe "Lost Boys" for me.

I guess there's gonna be a new Carpenter track to listen to.

I read on a Clive Barker site that Sony is working on a special edition of Candyman.

That would be great. I also wish Warner could find a decent print for the much longer unrated version of Nightbreed.

Hm, none of those interest me or would be upgrade worthy. With so many horror films we're still waiting for, a part of me wishes less time was spent rehashing, and more time was spent filing catalogs. Oh well.

Yeah would you rather another Misery DVD or should they put out Freaks already?

Same here. I still have it on VHS, even though the DVD is tempting. I keep hearing rumors that maybe an SE DVD will be released sometime in the near future...but who knows.

My mom loves Candyman.

She tells me she's shocked I don't have it (along with Child's Play). I really hope that comes true.

Christine SE sounds pretty tempting even though I have the old disc. I guess it depends what is on it.

I would definitely get that Body Double SE and also the Candyman SE, even though I already have the original DVDs.

BS's Dracula, Christine and Misery would be a great addition to my library.
