Did anybody have any luck finding the new Image DVD's of Vampyros Lesbos and She Killed in Ecstasy in stores yesterday? I just about went to every store in Austin and came up empty-handed. I know I should probably just order them online, but since I already own the Synapse versions, I told myself I wouldn't upgrade unless I found 'em in a store.

No, sure haven't. This new release states it's a newly remastered widescreen edition. I'm wondering what the difference is from the Synapse version, which I too have.

It sounds as if the picture should be much better. I've heard nothing about the new transfer on Ecstasy.

I'm pretty sure SHE KILLED has been delayed, which is too bad. No online sites have it "In stock," and a few list it as coming out next Tuesday. However, most places just say "Out of stock," etc. I was really looking forward to this one, especially if it was going to look as good as LESBOS seems to, but it seems we'll have to wait a little longer.
