Does anyone know of any good documentaries on any Euro horror directors? I know of several on Argento. It doesn't matter if they're on video(even o.o.p.) or dvd. Espescially documenteries with footage.
Some directors I'd like to know more about are Jess Franco, Jean Rollin, Joe D'Amato, Umberto Lenzi.

People always mention how gory Fulci is, but I think Jean Rollin is gorier if Living Dead Girl is any indication of his film style. The throat munching scene is disgusting.

Of all those years I was watching Hong Kong movies, I could have been watching Euro-horror.

By the way, why does America always get credit for having the best films? Italians kick our ass in horror films. Hong Kong kicks our but in action films. The Germans and French kick our asses in Artsy flicks. And German porn is soooo much better than American porn. In fact that may be the biggest understatement ever.:D

I think there is a Bava docu. out there too (it was made the same time as one of the Argento ones).
