Can you think of a horror movie with goof ups , i can only think of one real goof up right now. In the bigining of Lucio Fulci's Zombie , where you see a police patrol boat in New York harbor you notice that the flag on the boat is Italian not American and it's so noticeable.

Using DM (Deutsche Mark) as a currency in Puppetmaster 3. DM came much later (1948). In Germany they only had RM (Reichsmark) back in WW2.

Not of this Earth (the Jim Wynorski version) - you can see the whole camera crew reflected in the side of a shiny black car. Not once but a couple of different times.
Curse of the Komodo - they're getting all the lights turned off and all the windows sealed shut so the komodos aren't attracted to the house. Cut to next scene with all the lights on and all the windows open. Also towards the end of the film, two fighter planes are sent to blow up the island. They keep changing into different types of planes depending on which stock footage is being used at the moment. They also have their tail hooks down the whole time as if they're about to land on the carrier. They also fire missiles that we're told are full of napalm, but I don't think there is any such thing as a napalm missile, only bombs.
Hard to Die - they must fire thousands of rounds with their assault rifles without reloading. It's positively hilarious.

Not to mention that due to the elevation, there are NO basements in New Orleans

My favorite goof from THE BEYOND is when the guy tries to load the gun by sliding the bullets down the barrel.
Seriously, though, I hardly notice a lot of these bloopers in these movies... especially NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD. I'm usually too busy getting worked up over the story. :)

'Manhattan Baby' - I think if you look closely at that blinded dude's sunglasses in one scene, you can clearly make out the reflection of a crew member.

I think it was either in Evil Dead or II, that you can clearly see there's just no ceiling in the cabin during one or two scenes.

That would be Evil Dead 2... the interiors of that cabin set were built in some Gymnasium. :)

The actual cabine where Evil Dead was filmed burned down several years after the movie was made beginning in 1979. For Evil Dead 2, they did have to build a mockup of the cabin in a High School Gymnasium. Listen to the Commentary on Evil Dead 2, they do talk about it, and the Workshed looping, which is hilarious.

Evil Dead, a scene near the end where a spotlight is reflected in a window. The beginning of The Shining, at one point during the aeriel scenes you can clearly see the helicopter's shadow.

CHILD'S PLAY: The scene where Chucky causes Chris Sarandon's car to crash and overturn in the street, just before (or is it after?) the car comes to a halt you can see a giant fill light in the middle of the street. It woudn't be so noticable though if they hadn't put a giant black scrim over it so it didn't shine directly at the camera.

-In Anaconda there is a scene where they are supposedly running the boat in reverse, but you can tell they just edited the scene in reverse as a waterfall in the background is clearly going up.
-The jump from the window in the beginning of Doctor Butcher M.D. where you see the man's (dummy's) arm fall off when he hits the ground, only to see him intact moments later.

Since I am an avid shooter, when it comes to gun goofs in films, it usually drives me crazy. If the fact that Ash's double-barrel shotgun with it's never ending supply of ammo wasn't played for laughs, I would have hated it!!

I've seen some bad ones, but that one's pathetic.

In the beginning of Day of the Dead, the alligator walking with the zombies has its mouth clearly taped up so as not to bite anyone.
There's a scene in Trick or Treat where you can see the boom mike.

I watched Amityville Horror last night and i noticed a mistake near the end of the movie, where the tree crashes through one of the main two windows. Later on when actor James Brolin returns to the house to look for Harry the dog, you notice the window is still in tacked. I don't know if this was ment to be in the film, but thought is was a noticeable.
