Yes it's true, Unearthed Films has acquired the rights to the best damn exploding hookers film ever! We are looking for an uncut print right now, and Frank is going to provide the rest. Very spooky, very spooky. And just right for you mad doctors out there.

Shit yeah!

Henenlotter rocks, and this is one of my favorites, if not favorite Henenlotter film!

Great News!

I have the Dutch release, which is uncut, but the quality ain't too shabby and it's completely bare bones. Since Henenlotter is involved this one will probably be like the SWV Basket Case DVD...I hope...

I'll definitely double dip for this one!

Nice to see you guys got it Gnaghi, not too much of a fan... But, if you make a talking box like the old vhs, I'd be sold.

But seriously...

1-Ichi?

Everybody has got to make a buck, but I'd feel all sully peddling that to unsuspecting viewers. Awful.

But Aftermath is in your catalogue, so hey!

I have the ancient Simitar DVD of Frankenhooker, which is pretty crappy quality. If it's a new special edition in it's unrated form I'd definitely buy it again.

And when can we expect Rock N' Rule?

Oh we canned that, nobody cares about that movie. Once restoration is complete then we should have a clear date. It's taking so long because certain entities keep missing deadlines. And at first we only had Aftermath non-anamorphic, but now it's got a new HD anamorphic transfer. The new year should bring things more swiftly.

You are joking right? I've been waiting quite awhile for this release as I think it is a great film and any small search of the net would show you how big a fanbase it has. I was also looking forward to your Red Cel line, you have'nt really canned it have you?

Great news. Last time I asked Frank about it, he mentioned he thought MGM had the rights. You may want to check their way to see what elements they possess, if any.

On another note, great work on 964 PINOCCHIO and RUBBER'S LOVER! I'll be praising them both in my new column.

I picked up the talking box vhs of it at my local video store... had to get some new batteries, but its good to go now. A true classic... well, not really. But fun, anyways. Loved the killer crack- that was a nice touch.

Synapse has the rights? Sweet. At least you know we can expect a great transfer and some extras. I hope they announce this for the coming year.
