I believe it's been out for a week or two now. Has anyone picked it up and any good extras? I hope it's uncut.

Helter Skelter meets Assault On Precinct 13 ...

Not too shabby for a Roberta Findlay flick, much better then I remembered.
In fact, I'd say this is her best work from the 80's.
Urban South Bronx Terror flick - gritty, violent, sleazy ... gotta love that Grandmaster Flash kinda intro rap :)

Interesting Audio commentary by Findlay. She's not a very pleasant person to work with I guess. She admits being a bitch giving her crew one hell of a time :D
Anyhoo, great film - nice DVD. Worth checking out.

dvdsoonerorlater.com have been "packaging" this and about 10 other dvds since the beginning of January, I'm actually trying to access their site now, but yet again it's not working, it's a bitch too cause I really want to see tenement again. Last time I seen it it was on a grubby copy of a dutch tape called game of survival, even then I loved it. Can't wait to check it out again!

Excellent review of the film, I must say.

I just picked this up and watched it yesterday. Extremely trashy, with terrible acting, but it's a fun ride. I can see how the violence earned the film an "X" certificate when it was released, but the gore was sometimes laughably bad. And yeah, ya gotta love the opening song. Just as memorable as the one in The Mutilator.
