I just saw the Lenzi's film Ferox. And, I loved it man!!!! I thought that is was better than Cannibal Holocaust for some reason, maybe I need to revisit CH to make my full judgment.
But some questions still ponder my mind, like these:
Were the animal killings in the film real, like CH? Because they sure did look it.
What was up with the ending, was she stiill tramuatised by the incident because she wouldn't say a word, and why write a book about how cannibals don't exsist? That's what they guy who was presenting the award to her said.
And I think it's cool that these cannibal films don't make the cannibals seem evil, it's like the mondern world poked them first, and just dashed the revenge back. You see what I'm getting at?

The animal killings were real. As far as I know anyway.

Cannibal Ferox is easily my favorite of the Italian cannibal films. The animal killings were real unfortunately, but for some reason I find it to be the most entertaining of the lot. I like Cannibal Holocaust but I have to be in a certain mood to watch it. I got the LE tin of Cannibal Ferox from Xploited Cinema. Nice transfer and the lobby cards are cool. Here is a link to it, I highly recommend it:

Yes, the animal killings are all real.
What was up with the ending, was she stiill tramuatised by the incident because she wouldn't say a word, and why write a book about how cannibals don't exsist? That's what they guy who was presenting the award to her said.
I've always thought that she just wanted to cover up for what happened... because although they killed her brother and friend, she knew that they were provoked to do those things by Mike. So really, the cannibals are not the villains of the film and I think Gloria realized that.

Yes.

At the end of the movie They thanked The amazon village people or something like that, does that mean that those were really village people from the deep forests and maybe they were cannibals. Because, throughout the movie in a single take they would eat bugs and that just grossed me out more than the human gore.

I've only seen it once but I really didn't like Cannibal Ferox . I just couldn't take it seriously too many moments during the film I felt like I was watching a Gilligan’s Island episode with head hunters. Cannibal Holocaust was much better IMO.

Agreed, I really could not get into Cannibal Ferox. I actually liked Mountain of The Cannibal God better, maybe a naked Ursula Andress had something to do with it. :D

Jungle Holocaust may be the best of them all. I think it's the most balanced. It has the cannibal gore, but it almost is secondary to the "main" story of survival in the jungle.
