For me it's Begotten. I didn't know what to make of it when i first saw it a few years ago so basically dismissed it. Yet there is something about it that's calling me back. To bad it's out of print and goes for over $50 on Ebay.

Jason X - I am a massive Jason fan but this film was bad i loved the opening though. Its just sometimes i look at the case and i feel the urge to watch it even though I don't really like it.

well I'm not going to say my number one choice because it's a popular movie and I'd get killed for saying i didn't like it when i was younger....but I do want to see it again. actually that worked for another extremely popular film that I saw when I was younger and didn't like, then watched again and now it's one of my favourites.
I'll say Screamers. I'm sure it will still be bad, but I may enjoy it more now anyway.
Deus Ex Machina

You can get it at DVD Planet for $25.
It says Status: Discontinued.
Amazon.com say...
Availability: This title usually ships within 3 to 4 weeks. Please note that special order titles occasionally go out of print, or studios run out of stock. We will notify you if we are unable to obtain this.
Whatever that means. I'm thinking there is reason why it is going for so much on ebay.

Trick or Treats...I pull out my old Vestron tape of this one every Halloween and loyally watch it again, even though it basically sucks! No real gore or horror, and terribly lame comedy-the killer is a guy who dresses in drag and is a character actor whose name escapes me that is always cast in comic roles. To tell you the truth, I think it's just the very cool cover with a severed head in a trick or treat bag that keeps me coming back for more.

13 Ghosts (new version)...I've warmed up to most of the Dark Castle films.

Not an uncontrollable urge but seeing that Guinea Pig box set at Best Buy, I'm definetly thinking about revisiting the series.

Jason X for me also, I don't know what it is either, I watch this movie at least once a year and everytime halfway through I always say "This Sucks" but its got some sort of weird hold on me.

Any of the Friday the 13th films, other than the first one. I know they're horrid, but I have found myself buying parts 2 and 3, and have a hankering for the rest.

Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things. I do own it on DVD, but it's an okay movie.

I second the Friday The 13th movies.
Hellboy - only seen it once and thought the second half dragged on forever with a repititious villain (the Lovecraftian multiplier). Still I must give Guillermo Del Toro's pet another go around. Maybe I'll watch it tonight.
I didn't really like Oliver Twist when I was younger, but I think I will give it another shot sometime here. I felt the same way with Great Expectations and now I really enjoy that movie so it's worth a shot. Since I have that Great Adaptations box set from Criterion. I spent that much money on the damn thing so I might as well watch them all for what they're worth.

I'm getting an urge to watch The Stay Awake again. Terrible 80's slasher, but for some inexplicable reason I really want to watch it again.

More like two somethings, Sybil Danning's tits!
I may give The Final Cut with Robin Williams another try. I wasn't really able to watch it the first time without being interrupted, so I think I missed a few key things.

I disliked intensily House of 1000 Corpses when I saw it theatrically...yet I TRADED for it & WATCHED it yet again...but in this case, I actually have a liking to the movie & after watching House Of Wax yesterday, got me in the mood to see it again.
Also, I've seen Freddy's Dead more times than I needed to. the worst in the Nightmare series, yet, since it IS part of the series, I keep watching it when its on TV or on DVD!

ok...so i'm one of those uber-dorks who doesn't feel he's "seen" the film unless in its proper aspect ratio....now welcome to my nightmare...
last year, i'm at christmas with the folks, and on the tv in the background is that "drumline" movie. i'm at christmas, i can't escape, and involuntarily get sucked into this stupid frikkin' movie. worse, being on tv, it is of course not in its proper aspect (the credits clearrly show it being 2.35, which only makes things worse for my snobbery!)...so now, i am inexplicably compelled to watch this uninspired, derivative mess all freakin over again, just so i can've seen it the way its meant to be seen! kill me!!!!
also, about once every 3 months i have to watch "bloodsucking freaks". i'm not proud of it or anything....but i do ask this....in the review of bsf on another site, the reviewer said this of the extras...."There’s an audio commentary from blood and guts expert Eli Roth. This guy is without a doubt the dumbest mother (you know what) ever. This guy tries to say that Laurence Olivier stole from the performances in this film! He tries to say Martin Scorsese ripped stuff off of Bloodsucking Freaks for Taxi Driver!"
this was obviously before cabin fever....i wonder how the reviewer feels about eli now....
