TWINE cinematographer Adrian Biddle dies aged 54

Cinematographer Adrian Biddle has died at the age of 54 following a heart attack.

Born in England in August 1951, Biddle started his career on the 1969 James Bond film "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" as an uncredited second unit assistant camera operator. Thirty years later he returned to the 007 series as cinematogrpaher on 1999's Bond outing "The World Is Not Enough" directed by Michael Apted.

Biddle worked again with Pierce Brosnan for 2004's "Laws of Attraction". Amongst his other notable credits as cinematographer are "Thelma & Louise" (1991), "Event Horizon" (1997), "The Mummy" (1999), "The Mummy Returns" (2001), "Reign of Fire" (2002), and "Aliens" (1986) as director of photography.

His last work was on "V for Vendetta" (cinematographer), which will be released next year.

He was a genius! I mean just look at Aliens, Thelma and Louise, Event Horizon and even The Mummy! The films he shot looked absolutely gorgeous.

Too young to die. He will be missed! RIP.

First Hoffman, now this guy. Too many guys dropping off way too young. The man had a great visual eye.
