I was looking at the site today and noticed they'll be releasing a Subspecies boxset and they're offering a few Puppet Master statues I'm interested in. Has anybody odered from them since they re-launched? Knowing the history of the company and what a good businessman Charlie is, I'm a little hesitant to order from them without knowing whether people are actually getting their orders or not. Also, can they even release the first three Subspecies films legally or is this gonna be another Puppet Master box set situation where they're eventualy stopped by Paramount? Speaking of which, they are even selling the old PM sets for $100 each. Any info or experiences is appreciated.

i believe the Subspecies boxset is going to be the same as their "import" dvds, basically a loop hole so that FM can release them. I've ordered from them several times with no problems at all.

I've never had a problem ordering from them.

i haven't had a problem ordering from them either... true though that i've never actually ordered from them.. but that just goes to further concrete my statement that i've never had any problems with them...

**yes this is the most blatant example of spam ever!**

Still haven't received the Puppet Master set. Never responded to emails. Makes me a little worried.

That makes two of us.

I figure they may have a backlog of orders / may be closed for Christmas. But I ordered the box set a few days after it went on release and they've never responded to my e-mails. It's a little frustrating to say the least.

I'd planned on buying a fair bit from Full Moon but I'm starting to have second thoughts.

Anybody else waiting on the Puppet Master box / replies to e-mithers?

If I don't hear anything by the 28th I will file a claim to Paypal. At that point it would have been 2 weeks.

Yep, I was really hoping to have my set for Christmas Day. Wouldn't be too bad if I knew where the order was up to, i.e. caught up at customs, etc.

As long as it arrives, I'll be a happy bunny but it would have been nice to just receive an acknowledgement, etc. :(

I have one more chance tomorrow. The post office is usually closed on Saturdays here but one of the workers said there's a truckload of parcels coming tomorrow morning and he's gonna open for awhile.

I paid for iy December 1st but as far as I know it was close to a week later before they shipped. This time of year everything gets jammed up at the border.Stupid customs.

Well, Santa must have heard my wishes because the Puppet Master box arrived this morning in a large box (final UK post before Christmas). Looks like it shipped on the 15th December.

I'd read in the other Puppet Master thread about DVD sets rattling around loose inside their packing boxes - pleased that my box came with some paper packing to avoid being thrown around.

Thank you, Full Moon, didn't doubt you for a second! :o

Definitely a Christmas treat, without a doubt.

I placed an order several days ago and mailed them to ask if their 10 $ shipping fee ws enough for international orders. My credit card was charged but as to this day I still haven't received a reply. I sure hope they come through!

Good to know that even if they take a while, they get their product out. I'm planning on buying that Subspecies box set and I too was a little leery of their ordering site, but I'll give it a shot and see what happens.

I'm going to be ordering this on the 6th Jan - with only 500 units hitting the US in the first batch, I reckon they'll sell out quickly. I don't really want to wait 'til June for the second delivery. (And ordering from Australia doesn't float my boat - I was hit with mega customs charges last time.)

I've ordered a Bronze Blade from Full Moon - looks a nice piece.

Wow, I have nothing but praise for Charles Band!! I ordered the Puppet Master box set on 12/18. They charged me the regular price for shipping although it's an international order. It arrived today in mint condition!!! This is faster than most amazon orders!! Not only that, it appears shipping cost them 18$ and they marked it as a gift to avoid customs!! This is really incredible. Although there's something fishy about it: not only did they mark it as a gift, they also marked that the contents of the package is worth 20 $ :D Well, you don't hear me complaining! This is great service and I'll be popping in the first puppet master tonight!!

So, in answer the the topic question: YES!!! Full Moon Direct is definitely worth doing business with!! (just don't expect them to answer your e-mails :p)

Probably stuck in the dreaded Christmas backlog. I ordered a DVD which was posted on the 2nd December from somewhere in the USA and that still hasn't arrived. Sometimes, items take longer than expected.

I just received my Puppetmaster box set today. I ordered it the 2nd time they were selling the box set around Dec. 15 when they said they discovered some more box sets after the original 70 were sold out. The only complaint I had about them is I had to e-mail them and ask them when I would be receiving the box set. They actually responded to me the next day appologized for the delay and told me my boxset was being sent out that day via Fed Ex. You would think that they could at least send out an e-mail to their customers telling them their shipment is on the way or the status of their purchase. I will probably buy from them again only if their website is the only place that I can buy it from. I am surprised that I even received the boxset thinking they would be completely sold out. Who knows how many more they found and I still see on the website that it is still for sale, so maybe they still have some more left.

I really wouldn't worry about that, considering it took them 5 days to sell out of 70 rare OOP Puppet Master boxsets, I'd say you've got at least a month. And I doubt they'll all be gone even by then.

To get the Full Moon Info that I got you need to look at your paypal account history and look at the transaction details for the Full Moon transaction, there is a Business contact section that has Full Moon's customer service email and phone#

I ordered the "Bronze Blade" figure on Christmas Eve following receipt of my Puppet Master box. The figure shipped on the 9th Jan (FedEx) and I received it today, which isn't bad considering the distance it had to travel! Blade came very well packaged and I'm thrilled to bits with him. For the amount charged, I think it's a superb collectable statue. He's now got pride of place on my DVD cabinet...

I ordered the Cinemaker DVD set from Full Moon and I was very happy with the service. They answered all three of my emails and were very courteous. Two Thumbs Up! I would buy from them again!
