Last year was a big year for Romero on DVD, with SEASON OF THE WITCH, THERE'S ALWAYS VANILLA, MARTIN, ZOMBI and of course LAND OF THE DEAD all receiving big releases on digital. To honor the year and to kick-off this one, Horrordvds.com is having an all-new contest. Our picture editing contests in the past have always worked well, so we will be doing that again this year, but with a tiny twist. You'll have to work with the Gaylen Ross picture below, altering the image any way you wish. What must be included however, are some thought/speech bubbles with the words "There's", "Always" and "Vanilla" in them. Whoever thought of that title is awesome, and the more we say it here on Horrordvds.com the better!

So, what exactly are we playing for? Thanks again to the very generous donations by SaviniFan, we've got quite the Romero grab bag lined up for you guys and gals. Here are the prizes in order:
1st Place: A George Romero autographed picture (DAY OF THE DEAD set picture-signed by Romero at the 2004 Horrorfind Weekend in Maryland), as well as the Anchor Bay DAWN OF THE DEAD: ULTIMATE EDITION DVD.
2nd Place: The DiviMax edition of Argento's ZOMBI cut of DAWN OF THE DEAD as well as Lions Gate's MARTIN DVDs.
3rd Place: Anchor Bay's SEASON OF THE WITCH/THERE'S ALWAYS VANILLA double feature DVD.
Submissions for the contest are to be posted here as an attachment. Please do not link to outside sources, as it just means more work for me having to upload it as an attachment. Keeping it as an attachment preserves the submissions for prosperity sake.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, February 3, 2006 at 12 midnight MST.
After all submissions are accounted for, they will, as usual, be placed in a public poll where everyone gets to vote on their favorite title.
In case of a tie, the member with the most seniority will be declared winner.
Now let's see some vanilla!
