Not Kolchak! This is a very sad day. Both of these men were a big part of my TV watching when I was a kid. It's time to watch some Night Stalker. :(

I just read about this and it made me cry, i thought he was the most sweetest man on prime time TV. We have truly lost a legend of classic TV, from Barney Fife to Mr. Furley which i prefer over Mr. Roper. Don Knotts was and will forever be a comic genius, heaven just got to be a more funnier place.

Don Knotts was simply one of the greatest comic actors to ever grace American television.I also enjoyed his features, especially THE INCREDIBLE MR. LIMPET,which I actually saw at a drive-in as a child. An enormous loss, rest in peace, sir !

Love the Private Eyes also, still have the VHS. Three's Company was a favorite tv show too, sad to think that Norman Fell, Audra Lindley, John Ritter and Don Knotts have all passed. Really sad news-R.I.P Don Knotts.
