Evil Ed

Not sure if anyone has asked about this. But does anyone know if the Swedish movie Evil Ed is out in an uncut dvd with the original cover art (with the head being split in two vertically by an axe). I have the old laserdisc. I heard that the dvd from Image says it's uncut, but in fact 3 minutes of the film is missing. I don't care what region the movie is, since I have a region free player.

There are some import DVD's that are uncut, but I'm not positive which specific ones they are.

The old Image DVD is indeed the cut R-rated version, even though it says Unrated on it.

There is another R1 DVD that came out last year from Ardustry Home Entertainment, which is indeed the uncut version, but it doesn't have the split-head cover. It's anamorphic enhanced widescreen, but the picture appears somewhat stretched.

I have seen it uncut and it is worthless. For funny horror, stick to the likes of Return Of The Living Dead and Braindead

The best place to find it would be ebay.It can be found in the shops around here but at the moment I doubt it.IIRC they even rereleased it in a twofer some time ago.
