Ginger Snaps 2 was a total waste of time. Started strong then pinwheeled into the typical the-only-survivor-of-the-first-film-is-in-a-mental-hospital plot, and then any point of the franchise is negated by a pointless "twist" at the end--so out of the blue and--again--pointless with relation to the Ginger Snaps story that it really ruined the film for me. When I watch a Ginger Snaps film, guess what? I want to watch/hear about the two sisters, not some idiot kid.

Ginger Snaps Back, while certainly delivering almost none of the magic of the original, at least deals with the two sisters. It has some fun moments and a cool ending that ties back into the franchise. So, it wins for me.

Ginger Snaps Back: The Beginning more directly deals with the relationship between sisters than the also great Ginger Snaps 2, so it gets my vote.

Ginger Snaps 2: Unleashed is an amazing film in my eyes. It easily gets my vote.

Both good films, really enjoyed them. Toss of a coin as to which is better, I'll go Snaps back. Don't ask why.

I love part 2. Well actually I love all three movies but part two is even better. Even without the sisters being in it as much, Ghost makes up for it big time.

Ginger Snaps 2 for me...although I really liked both, I thought Snaps 2 was a bit more meaty, storywise. Snaps Back is the best looking, visual-wise, of the series, but it felt just a tad shallow to me.
