Just saw this on DVD Drive-In

On 11/21, Code Red will release the 1974 cult classic “killer kids” film DEVIL TIMES FIVE in a widescreen transfer from the original negatives. The film stars former teen idol Leif Garrett, Gene Evans (DONOVAN'S BRAIN), Sorrell Booke (“The Dukes of Hazard”), Shelly Morrison (“Will & Grace”), Joan McCall (GRIZZLY), Tierre Turner (FOXY BROWN) and Dawn Lyn (“My Three Sons”). The specs for this DVD are: Brand new anamorphic transfer from original, long thought to be lost vault elements; Audio commentary with stars Dawn Lyn, Joan McCall, producer Mickey Blowitz and co-director David Shelton moderated by noted film historian Darren Gross; On-Camera interviews with cast members Tierre Turner, Joan McCall and Dawn Lyn, producer Mickey Blowitz and co-Director David Shelton; Alternate title (HORRIBLE HOUSE ON THE HILL); and a poster gallery. The DVD will retail for $19.95.

Sounds awesome! Question is, where are you going to get it?? At least with 'Don't Go In The Woods' Best Buy said they aren't getting it in-store. I hope it changes, because Code Red has some good stuff coming out.

I'm sure it will be hard to find at retail stores for me just like all of the other Media Blaster titles are. I'll probably pick it up online.

Gotta love movies featuring packs of murderous children. Sounds a lot like WHO CAN KILL A CHILD?, which I'd love to see released as well.

I love this film to death. With their DVD of The Redeemer now being in question, this is Code Red's most exciting future release.

Funny you should mention this, as aside from Who Could Kill a Child? (which I originally saw under the title, Island of the Damned), I think Devil Times Five is the best film in the "killer kid" subgenre. A couple of months back, I was excited to hear that Dark Sky will be releasing it to DVD next year. I hope that's still the case.
