No one believes Billy Colton (Derek Rydall) when he says his new neighbor (Shannon Tweed) is a hooker. Determined to prove he's not lying, Billy sets out to photograph his neighbor at work. But dark activities are going on next door, and Billy witnesses a shocking murder. It's up to him to get authorities to believe his outrageous story before he and his girlfriend become the next victims. Elliott Gould and Richard Roundtree co-star.

I actually liked this one. Had a good 80's vibe to it. Some suspense, and some funny moments. Not the best, but not bad at all. A/V is crisp and clean, yet has that 80's soft pastel look. 3/5 stars.

I agree, it was quite entertaining. The plot is much in the same vein as Fright Night, perhaps a little too much at times. Not Oscar material, but good nonetheless.
