What was the third zombie movies Ian McCulloch was in???

I was listening to the audio commentary on the AB Zombie DVD and Ian McCulloch mentioned that he was in 3 Italian Zombie movies. The first being Zombie and the second being Zombie Holocaust.

Does anyone know what the third zombie movie was and is it on DVD or VHS??

Luigi Cozzi's Contamination/Toxic Spawn.

Not exactly a zombie film, but it's the only other Italian horror film McCulloch's appeared in. It is available on VHS.
