Yeah I remember hearing about that in an old thread. Since it's all of a second or 2 I didn't bother getting the R2 dvd, but did grab a screenshot.
In the R1 the scene is there, but there's extra blood on the windshield blocking the boobs.

Thanks for the screenshot- it saved me from going on a wild-goose chase trying to track it down.

Why 2 seconds of boobs were deemed unacceptable for the US unrated version is just beyond me. By the way, I wonder if she was supposed to be a zombie or just a dazed citizen....
