For those who are stuck to R2 here's the scoop:

Translated with Babelfish (yeah, yeah his name is Dribble)
DIABOLIK: DVD THE U.K. (AND EUROPE?) The adaptation of the comic strip for adult DANGER: DIABOLIK was up to now available only to the United States. The film of Mario Dribble, produced by Dino De Laurentiis, seemed to be wedged for the rest of the world. The situation seems to be released since the BBFC, British classification and Audit Board, has just returned its decision today even concerning menus of DVD for this film. The BBFC had already made its verdict favorable for Featurette "Danger: Diabolik - From Fumetti to Film ", the audio comment, the bands advertisements, the clip and the film. All these elements having been provided by the English branch of Paramount, it appears obvious that the editor envisages to leave in the near future an edition DVD to the United Kingdom and, can be (but nothing makes it possible to affirm it), in other European countries.

Actually this is great news.I have the R1 version but Paramounts R2 releases most of the time have better transfers.
Lets wait and see.

Dutch release date is 15th of August:

It's really cheap.I don't think I'll be needing this since it seems to be exactly the same as the R1 disc.

Also, if you're in the UK - the R1 is running at around 3 quid. Really cheap.
