Even though it's directed by Terence Fisher, I thought that Two Faces was a disppointing take on Jekyll & Hyde. The real score here is The Gorgon. That's been a Hammer favorite of mine and long overdue on dvd. The only film I never saw from this batch is Taste of Fear. Great news and thanks for passing along! :D

The Gorgon was recently shown on UK TV, so I burned it to DVD then. Curse of the Mummy's Tomb had an R2. I really enjoy the film, but it seems to universally get a beating from fans who hate it.

How is it that all of DVD Drive-In's news updates always make my day?

Kinda makes you wonder if MGM's remaining Hammer titles would have been included if Sony was still distributing...

Which unreleased Hammer titles does MGM/Fox have the rights to? I'm kinda surprised Twins of Evil and Vampire Circus have never been released in Region 1.

^ I can't decide between Option 1 or Option 2. I like Option 1's ideas better but Option 2 is done better aesthetically.

Option 3 is a cluttered mess.

I dig all three covers. One minor complaint, Option 2 doesn't show The Gorgon (my favorite movie in the package). Option 3 has the lead currently.

Cool can't wait to see THE GORGON and TASTE OF FEAR again. I'll be picking this up.

I reckon option 1 is better, but it won't win.

These titles are long overdue and the price is nice too.

Cover #2 is the best, IMHO. I will probably check this out.

Option two is great, so my vote went that way.

I dislike all three covers. Take a look at Universal's Hammer Horror Collection that came out a few years back. That was classy. Sony's choices are cheesy in comparison, as if to play up the films' "inherent" kitsch factor. As a big Hammer fan, I guess I have to say that I kind of find them insulting.

I can't believe it, as much as I love 80s horror and Eurosleaze, it always seems to be a classic collection that makes me smile the most. I can't wait to see The Gorgon.

I've been wanting a decent copy of SCREAM OF FEAR forever. Great year for Hammer fans.
