Found this over on aintitcool, and according to the article it was released through Zombie's myspace. If this is legit, SIGN ME UP! "51% motherfucker. 49% son of a bitch."

So does this mean Rob has already cast Samuel L. Jackson along with his wife and Danny Trejo or just wishful thinking?

Oh, gee. Can't wait.
Zombie is a waste of money. I look forward to his eventual DTV career.

Yeah! The announcement of his next project took way too long, but I am excited for this one. Where do I buy tickets and pre-order the DVD?

This was announced quite awhile ago. The only thing new is the artwork.

Can't fucking STAND his flicks. The weird part is that he's one of my favorite persons to watch in interviews, but I absolutely despise everything he does film-wise.
Yet another round of a bunch of awful characters calling each other "bitch" while some cliche, overused 70s music plays. And then show some Super 8 footage of the characters hanging out, even if it makes no goddamn sense in the context of the scene.
I apoligize for sounding like a whiny bitch (there's that word again) to people who enjoy his films, but The Devil's Rejects was one of maybe three movies I wanted to walk out of. It's also one of the few movies I just can't see the appeal of. I get crappy chick flicks, I get Joe D'Amato movies, I figure I'm open-minded as hell most of the time, but Devil's Rejects? Just don't get it.

I know he has his critics on here but I dont mind his stuff so far- not great but I dont feel bad either- heck I even enjoyed the second half of Halloween. This new one looks very interesting and who knows? maybe the first one of his films to make me think that was "really cool" instead of just "it was pretty good or okay".

Since Rob Zombie's current kick is to retread movies from the 70's, shouldn't this one be titled 'The Last Dinosaur'?
Mattapooh

Ironic because "The Last Dinosaur" kicks the crap out of Zombie's own movies.

Now this is a guy whose films I actually enjoy. Halloween remake was terrible. But I enjoyed House and Devil's. TRex looks awesome. I'll choose homages to remakes any day of the week. He seems to be a fan who enjoys making films similar to his tastes. I can respect that considering he does a good enough job. Unfortunately, he still is no contender to what is coming out of France. We really a second coming from this part of the world.

Not looking forward to this at all. House was okay, Rejects was okay, and Halloween sucked so I really have no desire to see this. Ahh ,who am I kidding I'll probably rent it anyway.

 Woot! WOOT!
I got a laugh out of 1000 Corpses, never bothered with Rejects, and stopped Halloween at the 50 minute mark, I think.
Still.
The artwork is truly fantastic. I am curious.

I think that's Diamond Dallas Page, not Trejo, and I don't think the other guy is Jackson (could be, but doesn't look too much like him). I'm sure the blonde will be his wife, he can't make a movie without her (I wish he would, just one time).
I've enjoyed his films despite his wife so this looks interesting, and that poster is badass!

This is my favorite complaint ever tossed at Zombie. Agreed, what a fucking eunuch! Learn how to space, ass!
A surprising amount of hate for zombie on here wow...I liked the devils rejects and house of a 1000 corpses, his Halloween remake just wasn't my thing though. I'll be shelling out the cash to see this on opening day, it looks like its gonna be a lot of fun.
On a side note; the fact that this actually made it to dvd is a travesty.:nervous::nervous:
It should have been left behind in the VHS-ozoic era.

I like Rob's films for the most part. I just didn't think the Halloween remake was necessary & refused to support it.
That movie with Whoppi posting was just going for a joke.

Didn't occur to me, but you're probably right about Page. Not sure what this story is going to be, but at some point I did hear that the central character would be a wrestler. Who knows about Jackson? I never had a problem with how many times we saw Sheri's ass in The Devil's Rejects, but why must she be so prominent in all of his films?
Much as I continue to profess my hatred for Zombie's Halloween, I do love his first two movies. Might be too early to tell based on teaser art, but this looks more like a film I would enjoy. Rob said in interviews during the shooting wrap of The Devil's Rejects how much he would love to do other genres outside of horror. I'm all for it and look forward to more details on this film.

From what I've read, the rumor is the story is about a wrestler being hunted by a band of "bikers from hell", literally. Of course this is just some eductaed guessing going on, although Rob has said "it has nothing to do with dinosaurs". The art supports the wrestler/bikers from hell theory which was posted before (either ain'titcool or bloodydisgusting had the rumors up).
The Zombie hate is kinda surprising, wasn't Devil's Rejects recently voted as one of the best/essential horror films in a recent thread? Halloween wasn't that bad!

I heard Sheri Moon Zombie is starring in this movie. and it might be loosely based on Zombie’s comic series “The Nail”.
Comic info:
"Rock star, film-maker, and horror maven Rob Zombie teams up with comics’ hippest horror writer for the most outrageous comics thriller of the year! In the creepy, gore-drenched tradition of such cinematic ’70s classics as Duel and The Hills Have Eyes comes The Nail! Small-time pro-wrestler Rex Hauser (a.k.a. The Nail) makes a living touring the small-town wrestling circuit with his family. It’s business as usual for this close-knit bunch until they unwittingly cross paths with a murderous gang of Satanic bikers. But these aren’t your run-of-the-mill devil worshippers. In fact, Hauser and his family just might be up against the most un-Godly evil ever known to man. Fan-favorite painter Simon Bisley provides covers for this series."

Kinda sounds like a cross between Race With the Devil (1975) and Satan's Sadists (1969).

Which had me shaking my head like a demon from Jacob's Ladder. A vote does not mean a consensus.

The Nail comics were actually pretty cool, and it would be a film I'd be interested in( the comics were pretty straight horror). But, if Zombie is directing I have a prediction - 100% Shit.

hahaha! Strangely enough, I think the movie would make for a better horror remake. Maybe some kind of "fish out of water" cheesy film where a dinosaur tries to fit in but just can't stop himself from eating tasty toddlers.

The Nail comic series sucked, as did other comics he worked on. I wonder what this new flick will be about?? I don't hate him like everyone else, but I strongly disliked Halloween. I really love House of 1000 Corpses though and appreciate Devil's Rejects more now as well.

Rob Zombie's breaking the first rule of cinema; if you movie's called "Tyrannosaurus Rex" there damn well better be a T-Rex in it! At this point Tammy and the T-Rex has got more going for it than Rob Zombie's pet project.

That movie freaked the shit outta me and my friend when I was in Grade 1. I remember it being extremely gory for a PG-13 flick, but I haven't seen it since...
