When you go and purchase an OOP, or just plain expensive movie on a blind buy, and it totally sucks! Fuckin Savage Vengeance, I paid nearly 20$ for that piece of dung!!!

The bigger question is, why would you pay $20 for that film? I think I paid about 25 cents for the DVD...literally.

Always do your research before shelling out large amounts of money for something obscure. I've been curious about Last House on Dead End Street for some time, but I've read enough to ascertain that it is not something that would be worth 30 ¤ + for me.

Well, at least you didn't pay $30 for it.

I hate it when something goes OOP that I meant to pick-up and didn't get to in time. Right now it's Death Race 2000 the SE that I really wish I had. But perhaps a blu-ray will arrive. That's sort of my excuse for not seeking out costly OOP stuff right now. I'm waiting for the blu-ray.

It's a tough call. I bought this when you could still buy it in stores and it is one of maybe 30 horror dvds I still actually own (I sold most everything, thank you netflix). That said, I have done my fair share of paying for stuff that doesn't live up to the hype. Luckily there is netflix and a great vid store down the street that stocks all sorts of obscure stuff, making it largely uneccessary for me to do the blind buy thing anymore.

HaHa I've always wanted to see Savage Vengeance, just for the sake of having a film that is sooooo bad, but can't find it at all....

$20? It looks like you can get a used copy for $8.99 on Amazon. That wouldn't have been quite as bad as $20- you'd still have some beer money left over.

Lmao, just stay away from it, curiosity may have killed the cat, but curiosity robbed the Horror Film Fan of time and Money. :p

Actually I'm very glad you posted this - I've been curious about this movie for a while, now I will definitely steer clear of it.
