I need help finding a movie name? HELP!

hi guys i was trying to find the name of a movie from the late 80's or early 90's and i came across your forum the movie is set on the moon (i think) and there are these robots that harvest humans and if i remember rite they use their brain and other body parts in the construction of other cyborg robot type things i also remember some of there heads look like an american football at the top, i hope yous can help as ive searched everywhere!

Why am I finding out this movie exists now? Walter Koening AND Bruce Campbell? That sounds epic.
