Masters of Horror: question about strange figure

Hey, guys... The score CD for the Masters of Horror TV series features some illustrations made for the disc case. Among some of those, appears certain intriguing figure which I've posted down here at the end of this message. Can you say from which episode is it or if such a character had a special name?

I find it strangely cute. (Beware: it might be a spoiler if you're still watching the series so you've been warned.)
